PlanerVilla AG is an association of architects, interior designers, landscape architects, energy consultants, building technicians, logisticians, and other construction experts with synergetic effects.
At the beginning of every building project is the project development, which lays the foundation for successful real estate. For more than 20 years, we have been
active as project developers for our clients in Germany and abroad.

Developed and realised projects in UAE – Dubai, Poland – Poznan, Russia – Moscow and Spain – Palma de Mallorca.
Successful since 2001
Mark Wechselmann and Mariusz Kuban founded PlanerVilla AG in 2001. It was formed from the building services office GMW and the area measurement office SyCad Arc.
Both companies joined forces and moved into the beautiful villa in Hannover Kirchrode. A house full of different planners was created and the name „PlanerVilla“ became the programme. We developed and planned buildings regionally, nationwide, and eventually even in Russia, Poland, Italy and Spain. In Moscow we planned a modern office tower, which then became the new headquarters of the oil company Yukos, whose founder Mikhail Khodorkovsky is one of the best-known Russian oligarchs. Among other things, the Yukos Tower had the first functioning cooling ceiling in Russia.
Furthermore, we developed the master plan for „Moscow City“ together with the office of Gerkan Marg und Partner and advised the government on the further design.
Of course, we have never neglected Germany, and in eastern Germany we have energetically renovated more than 6,500 listed residential units designed by master builder Bruno Taut.
In the area of space management, we have measured more than 5 million square metres of residential and commercial space and subsequently digitised the as-built plans. We have worked for renowned companies such as TUI AG, HDI Talanx and a large German bank.
Since 2014, we have been concentrating on the Spanish market and specifically on Palma de Mallorca around senior residences and hotel projects.
